Houston Flood Pros connects homeowners and businesses in the Greater Houston Metro area with licensed water damage restoration partners. Our partners are licensed, insured, and IICRC certified, and respond 24/7 to emergency water damage events including burst pipes, flooding, sewage backups, and storm damage.
Initial damage assessments are free of charge. Cost estimates for restoration work are provided on-site, and no work proceeds without your written approval.
We can work directly with your insurance company to file claims, but final coverage determinations are made by your insurer. We make no guarantee that any specific repair will be covered. You remain financially responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, including deductibles.
While we strive for a 60-minute response time, actual response may vary due to traffic, weather, or call volume during regional emergencies. We will provide a realistic ETA when you call.
When you call us, the call may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you consent to this recording.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Houston Flood Pros and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in Harris County, Texas.
